About Us – Leah Bett Nursing Services

Nurse-Led Disability & Mental Health Support in Alice Springs (Northern Territory)

At Leah Bett Nursing Services, we deliver warm, person-centred NDIS support backed by clinical expertise. Our values—quality, trust, collaboration—guide every decision as we help Territorians live safely, independently, and with dignity.

We support participants at home, in our SIL housing, at our respite accommodation, and in community settings across Alice Springs and remote Central Australian communities.

What We Do

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL): 24/7 support in home-like settings with skills-building for daily living, medication support, mealtime assistance, and community participation.
  • Respite / Short-Term Accommodation (STA): Flexible short stays that give carers a break and participants a safe change of scenery.
  • In-Home Nursing & Daily Living Support: Nurse-led care plans, wound care, medication administration, personal care, meal prep, transport, and appointment support.
  • Mental Health Support: Recovery-oriented support for anxiety, depression, psychosocial disability, and complex needs—delivered with compassion and consistency.

We welcome everyone—all ages, abilities, genders, cultures, and faiths.

Why Choose Us (What Sets Us Apart)

  • Nurse-Led, Evidence-Based Care: Registered nurses design and oversee support plans so day-to-day care aligns with clinical best practice.
  • Fast, Transparent Onboarding: Clear steps, clear pricing, and help mapping supports to your NDIS goals—no jargon.
  • Culturally Safe & Local: Our team understands Central Australia and works respectfully with First Nations participants and families.
  • Remote-Ready: We regularly support participants living outside town, coordinating logistics and continuity of care.
  • Outcome-Focused: We track progress (skills, routines, community connections) and adjust supports to what’s actually working.
