Support Worker
We are seeking Support Workers who are passionate about supporting others and providing person-centered care. Our Support Workers are compassionate, trustworthy, honest, reliable, flexible, adaptable, caring, patient, professional, courteous, pay attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills.
Our Support Workers are shift workers: from short shifts to overnight shifts. They support people who:
- Live with disability
- Are non-verbal
- Have mental health issues
- Have a range of behavioural concerns and needs
- Are living in short and medium-term assisted accommodation.
They help them with daily tasks, including:
- Medication management
- Personal care
- Attending appointments, social outings, and other transportation needs.
